Mostly this letter reiterates what was in my description sections but I figured I should have one. :) Behind the cut!
Ocean's 8
Pairings: Amita/Constance (Ocean's), Amita/Nine Ball, Nine Ball/Constance (Ocean's), Daphne Kluger/Nine Ball, Amita/Daphne Kluger, Constance/Daphne Kluger
I would love some love between some Ocean's ladies!
In general I am more interested in crushes and sexual tension than in established relationships.
I would prefer no AUs where they're not criminals, but criminals in some AU setting (space? the past? with daemons?) could be fun. Post canon or during canon is also great though.
No major character death please.
Additional comments: I apparently never reviewed this movie so I will quote my tweets about it for more context in how I feel about it:

So there you go. I love Debbie/Lou but I'm just so excited about any and all other pairings! The scene where Amita opens up her workstation in the bathroom is one of my favorite scenes in the movie, she's just so bad-assedly prepared. When else is she prepared, or not? Does Constance really want to help Amita find dudes on Tinder? Maybe Nine-Ball decides that one of the other ladies needs to be taught to play pool? Daphne takes someone with her to a red carpet or other glamorous event? Constance has an unexpected condo association problem? So many possibilities eeeee.
Pacific Rim (Movies)
Pairing: Vik Malikova/Amara Namani
Maybe I've seen Top Gun too many times but I love a "rivals at the academy" pairing! Rivals-to-lovers! Which happens first, the attraction or the grudging respect? What happens if no one's around to break up a fight? Or maybe they get together post-canon?
In general I am more interested in crushes and sexual tension than in established relationships. I would prefer no AUs: giant stompy robots are about as awesome as a setting can get.
I would prefer that Gottlieb and Geiszler not appear, even in the background.
Additional comments: Here's where I wrote up my thoughts and reactions to the movie. If you've never seen Top Gun that's totally fine and I'm sorry I keep referring to it. I just want the icy superior blonde one and the awesome friendly brunette one to want to put their faces together, I have simple desires, ok?
A Wrinkle in Time (2018)
Pairing: Mrs. Whatsit/Mrs. Who
What does love between angels/mystical warriors/people who maybe used to be stars even look like? What quotations would Mrs. Who use to express herself to Mrs. Whatsit? What kind of shapes would they take to spend time together?
I would prefer no explicit sexual content for this pairing.
Additional comments: I know, WHAT? But maybe it could be awesome? I wrote some stuff about the movie here but it's mostly about Meg and my personal history with the book and my personal life history that had unexpected resonance with the movie and thus is pretty much entirely unhelpful as regards this pairing/prompt.
Additional general comments
I like a wide variety of stories (romantic, funny, fluffy, angsty, smutty) and there is very little I categorically won't read (no triggers or squicks you'd be at all likely to stumble into from any of these requests). If you've gotten this far and you're like OH GOD BUT WHAT DO THEY WAAANT which is certainly a feeling I've had in an exchange or two, I am pretty much always a sucker for pining, or for characters struggling with their own feelings which seem to run against their past history/their better judgment/the demands of circumstances/etc. Or just for pretty pictures of pretty ladies - I guess I'm used to writing letters for fic-only exchanges and am not doing a great job with visual-medium-inclusive prompts here but I would be into any of ladies in glasses/ladies in suits/ladies in suspenders/ladies in gloves, yum. But more than anything I hope you have fun! I'm always just so happy to see what someone else thought was cool about a fandom we have in common! Yay femslash!
