Have shown my apartment twice out of three appointments; person number one simply failed to show.

Persons number two and three are already supposed to have gotten back to me with decisions but have not yet. Lest it appear that I'm double-dealing, one of these people is for July, one wouldn't start until late August. July is someone's very-limited-English-speaking elderly mother; August is a 29-year-old metal sculptor (sculptress)? who seems like a cheerful, nice person. I'm really hopeful about that one.

But worst case is that I follow up the next set of leads, having enjoyed a cleaner apartment this weekend (dude, I scrubbed at the soapscum in my shower and it turns out it comes *off*).
