Yuletide 2013 recs part three

psocopteraFalling behind on recs, here. More books - older books I only read as an adult, recent books, books books books.
True Meaning of Smekday - Tip and J.Lo: The College Years (The True Meaning of Smekday Part Four). Like it says in the title. Tip and J.Lo go to college. Sweet and felt very true to canon.
Queen's Thief - as always don't read these if you're not up to date on the series. Loyal Subject is about Costis, on hairpins is about Attolia.
Peter Pan - No Unworthy Aim is Wendy/Hook with an interesting adult Wendy, and The Story of Red-Handed Jill is a very different but also interesting take on an adult Wendy.
The Magicians (Lev Grossman) - Controlled Flight Into Terrain is a very canon-realistic meeting of Julia and Alice. (So, bleak in the way the books are bleak.)
There's still a bunch of DWJ stories I haven't read yet, and Old Kingdom, and... I don't even know what. One thing about this new system, I don't have as much sense of my progress.
