psocopteraI am, my god, up at 8:30 on a Saturday. Because letzan needs to go in to work. May have to inform her that the enlisted men are going to riot unless we stop for donuts, captain.
Am here after Erin McKeown concert at Club Passim. Have finally gone to see live music in Boston, go me! (I guess there was that Guster concert too... wow, twice in one year.) Concert was nifty... had a hard time following a lot of the lyrics, but some nice singing. Oddly, may have almost enjoyed the opening singer more... some neat acoustic guitar bits, and I liked her voice. Rebecca Hart. She was really cute, too ::grin::. Passim also seems like a Good Idea, with the combination of dinner and show, although it took grepping forever to get to the point of being seated and ordering, and I was starving and had a backpack full of borrowed books I was finally returning to letzan, who had of course felt that we needed to be there really frickin' early just in case, but given that she was a planning stud and announced the thing and bought us tickets, I suppose she can be forgiven ::grin::. Oh, and the food is unusual but neat, like butternut squash and goat cheese on a pizza crust, or cabbage-lentil-macaroni-tomato soup.
