My most optimistic hope is that she was frazzled this morning after we got home so late last night, and that getting back onto a stable (earlier) schedule might help. But she seemed so (relatively) happy at home this morning, that theory seems very optimistic. :^(
Yeah, Josh dropped her off on Wednesday. So things might calm down again once we get back in the pattern. She seems to have had a decent day once she was there.
That Junie had a "decent day" is key. When I started teaching, Jo was only 18 months old or so, so I had a babysitter for a couple of hours every morning. Leaving was hard for me since it was to the sound of her tears, but the babysitter told me that once the car was out of the driveway and down the street, the tears dried, and everything was fine. And at some point, there were no longer tears as I went out the door. So hang in there. My bet is that you had a worse morning than she did...
