Maggie Stiefvater's YA werewolf romance Linger is printed in *green*. Meaning that every time I open it, I do not say, "oh, how cool and different", I say "ugh, what, why? grumble grumble hard to read kids these days".

I bet I would have thought it was so cool twenty years ago.

My favorite thing about this is that because I was reading it in bed, lying on my back with an overhead light above me, I didn't even notice this until you pointed it out, and I'd gotten at least a few dozen pages in by then.

Cherie Priest's Boneshaker is printed in brown ink, which is fairly readable but oh so twee and trendy (I'd've overlooked this pretty much if I didn't hate the book so much)

Heh. She seems cool in her LJ the few times I've checked in on her but I've never read her books.
