Impulse, Steven Gould. Third in the Jumper series, and quite good. More strictly fun than the second one. Recommended to those who like deconstructing superheroes and don't mind teen power fantasies.
When We Wake, Karen Healey. I'm sure someday Karen Healey will write something that I won't like but this wasn't it. YA scifi about social justice with an appealing protagonist with a nice distinct voice. Hit me right in the Steve Rogers feels. ::grin::
