(no subject)

Went to friend's wedding ball. Failed to enjoy actual ball portion of event due to stupid fucking allergies (danced badly and joylessly for awhile, then sat out second half; bloody shame all around as was good set list), but was still good trip on account of getting to congratulate said friend and getting to see a whole bunch of people, including dinner with WQ and JS (no, the other one (no, the other one)), brunch with Allecto and Cecilia, seeing S&S's brand-new baby and playing with their toddler (blowing bubbles for her, which she gleefully popped, and "helping" her jump for Barbarini's).

Was somewhat surreal being back at college without setting foot on campus... but will be back in a month for reunion, so will get fill then.

And have Monday off! Dream goal: do some writing. Likely goal: catch up on housework.

DV10 is up, and I'm so fecking tired (at 9:15, folks) that I'm thinking of waiting until tomorrow to read it .
A) Sign of Apocalypse, or
B) lingering effects of drugs, or
C) I'm getting old.
