another day without screaming

Some non-trivial crankiness, but no screaming. Crankiness not surprising for a day in which she took 15 minutes of nap during the period from 7:30 am to 3:20 pm. At 3, watching her throw herself with crazy energy around the bed in which we were supposed to be sleeping, I thought I'd see how many times she would climb up the stairs in succession, if I took her back to the bottom immediately every time she reached the top. I was expecting more like nine or ten but it took only 4 ascents and she went the other way the fifth time I set her down at the bottom (and finally seemed tired).
