psocopteraJust called to cancel an appointment to have my evil toe wart removed, having successfully done so myself with drugstore stuff in the approximate month and a half since I made the appointment, and was utterly disconcerted when a live person picked up the phone instead of getting a message service. Really had to scramble to answer and provide appropriate information. What kind of podiatrist has a receptionist in at 22:30 on Sunday, anyways??
