The Angel of the Crows

The Angel of the Crows, Katherine Addison. I regret to say that I didn't get very much out of this - I was excited that Monette was putting the Addison name on something else, since Goblin Emperor is such a favorite, but I just don't have very much interest these days in either Jack the Ripper or Sherlock Holmes, and "let's do a bunch of famous Holmes cases with urban-fantasy twists" was not a premise that could support a whole novel, for me. (I guess it was based on a Sherlock-the-tv-show wingfic? I might have liked it better as a romance. Oh well.)
