Fan Writer Hugo comments and ballot

psocopteraFan Writer is sort of like Related Work but worse, being a person award and thus fuzzier of boundary. I don't nominate in either but I guess I feel entitled to vote in any category I'm willing to consider seriously? Anyways, I read through the packet and have come up with a ranking.
Sarah Gailey - Well, she's pretty much right about all three of Batman, Blade Runner, and American history. Something about her writing style bugs me a little but maybe not significantly so.
Mike Glyer - File770 is such an important resource, but it's so hard for me to compare Glyer's reporting to other people's essays, and, like, fandom doesn't have to recognize him *every* year... he got the double Hugo in 2016, let's give some other people the spotlight?
Foz Meadows - Some interesting stuff. Looks like Meadows is becoming a recurring nominee.
Charles Payseur - Payseur I vaguely follow on the internet, where he seems to be doing amazing work writing short fiction reviews none of which I ever read because I don't keep up with short fiction as it's being published. I liked his Art of Starving review. Gah, I feel like I was optimistic saying I was going to come up with a ranking like by the time I got to the end of this post I would have something.
Camestros Felapton - What the fuck. The barrier to entry here seems... high.
Bogi Takács - Ok, this essay about superhero registration tropes is the most interesting thing in this packet. I feel like I run into Takács on the internet as someone with a lot of interesting things to say - I might have originally gotten the rec for Infomocracy from them, and the trans anthology they edited is on my to-read list.
So, I feel wishy-washy about this, but:

5. Mike Glyer

Where the ordering of 2-4 has been imposed on a pretty undifferentiated glob.
