Here's the Red Lotus team "Shanghai Mafia-style", I'm not sure if that's more like a period or a crossover but either way I love this picture.

Another take on them younger, by Karz. One thing I'm not sure I agree with is that people seem to be imagining Zaheer with the shaved head even before he became an Airbender, whereas I think he would have had normal-for-his-homeland hair until he decided to embrace Airbending.
