For once I have managed to *not miss Vericon*, which is next weekend. Patricia C. Wrede and T Campbell, dude (the latter writes Fans! from whence my main lj icon). Now granted I still have a week in which to forget Vericon and an entire weekend in which to fail to go, but *what if* that didn't happen.

Weekend update: no writing yet, but my room is possibly, marginally, somewhat, slightly, cleaner. And I wrote up RNAi for my mailing list, which people have totally ignored to rehash arguments about *abortion* of all things. People are kind of lame sometimes.

i haven't ignored it! but it's long, and technical, and i have a houseguest. so it's still marked "unread", and i will read it and fail to comment on it one of these days. really!
