gorillas or the mist

Took both kids to the Franklin Park Zoo today and it was *awesome*. Like a heartwarming Hollywood montage of excited child and doting parent, except it was me, I was really there. There was a carousel, even. (Subject line: given the choice, when it was time to feed Quentin, between staying in the Tropical Forest to watch the baby gorilla or going back outside to play in the cool-down sprayer, Junie chose the latter. Not many things cuter than a playful baby gorilla but I think Junie dancing and jumping in the mist was even better.)
