... because I am stressed. Stupid cells looked *fine* under the scope and now they seem to be leaking fluid (across the monolayer) madly and *grrr*, there are a *really* limited number of things that could have gone wrong, like have I suddenly forgotten how to pipet onto cell cultures? And I just don't want to deal with it. Little bastards. Feed them every day and all I ask is a couple of tight junctions, and noooo, they can't do that.
