Just filled a square on parenting bingo! Singing rounds to Juniper pre-nap, did "I am an acorn" which I hadn't in awhile. Junie, as she does, started echoing bits of it: "gods-hand, gods-hand. ... what's gods-hand?" Well, I said, it's an idea, god's hand would be a place where things are made. "What's god?"

Ah, you've warped her for life.... ;) I was wondering what you would say to an inquiring 2 year old. (I know what *my* mother said, but that's a whole different culture.) Not a bad choice, given what you're trying to get across. ;)
