Paper Girls 6

Here are some things I think I can say without a spoiler cut: there is some very pleasing work with structure here, both in terms of narrative structure and in actual layout-on-the-page structure. Also I feel that Paper Girls as a whole was an excellent length, like, just right for the story; as linked above I had kind of lost faith around vol 3 when I wasn't convinced there was a big picture, but in retrospect there was a picture that was both pleasantly big but also manageable. (I just feel *so tired* when I think about volume 9 being only halfway through Saga.)
Also I think it's neat that this isn't even the best time-traveling lesbian comic of the year. :)
