I am so torn
Feb. 8th, 2004 05:14 pmWas in CVS - marginalization and oppression of J-type mop refill by H-type mop refill an unsolved problem) and encountered the brand known as Bratz. Specifically in "activity book" format.
Was *revolted*.
I mean - I'm pro-capitalist. Is inspiring story of entreprenurial success. Bratz dolls apparently outselling Barbies now!
And I really, genuinely do not think consumerism is causing the decline and fall of culture or anything like that. Am certainly fan of many things in pop culture.
So it's, like, wrong of me to set eyes on this thing and want to start a book-burning campaign, right?
