Oct. 9th, 2003 03:53 pmI miss the mashed potatoes at Tufts. Got mashed potatoes at lunch from the cafeteria here and they were kind of dry, and just not as flavorful.
My small cousins - well, medium-sized cousins, I suppose - are going as Harry Potter characters for Halloween - the elder as Hermione and the younger, who happens to have white-blonde hair, is slicking it back to be Draco. My aunt is making them striped ties and I really hope they take pictures.
Little fic snippets appear and disappear. A couple LOTR, a couple HP. I'm slowly accumulating a whole mass of HP ideas, none of which actually suggest a *plot*. Even glued together they would not define a plot, merely a sequence of unrelated but kind of nifty ideas.
Dang, I'm thirsty.
I should go cut blotting paper. Or clean up and ink my latest D&D sketch. Or at least go drink something. Hm.
