Or else Qiagen has the *best* customer service ever. Just talked them into sending me a replacement bottle of a buffer we used up from a kit, when we still have all the rest of the kit components left for another four preps. My intention was to *buy* this buffer, but they turned out to not sell it separately... but no, the tech department is just gonna send me some. ::hearts Qiagen:: They sent me a free replacement o-ring for our vacuum manifold when the old one broke, too.
