Apartment-mate has arrived and moved in an initial carload of stuff.

He seems nice.

My bed has been having issues for weeks, possibly even months...
sitting down in the wrong place made it lurch alarmingly.
Finally bought new bolts to replace the bent-and-thus-not-holding-things-together ones...
now my bed is happy.
