psocopteraDemon's Lexicon porn!. And Demon's Lexicon, uh, parenting. The latter is v. spoilery for Covenant. I love it when people write about the mothers.
Friends Don't Let Friends Suffer Alone, Betty/Veronica.
Your Voice Like a Trembling Sound, about Rilla post-Rilla of Ingleside. This needed writing.
Baby-sitters Club The Next Generation #6: Byron and the God of California. Ok, I haven't read a Baby-sitters Club book in about twenty years - except the first graphic-novelization - but this is spot on, and, also, slash, and, also, very funny. Also, however, long. Also, however, laugh-out-loud funny by the time you get to to the very end.
Nor Custom Stale, a Blue Castle story, made me sympathetic to Olive. Oh, the many powers of fanfic.
Dark Is Rising fanfic! An annual Yuletide treat. The thing with Dark Is Rising fic is that basically everyone is concerned with the same issues, it's just a question of what exactly they do about them. No Second Coming is an optimist take, all over these eyes a storm is rolling over is less so, Winter Follows is maybe my favorite this year, and not particularly optimistic at all.
An Obvious Extension was actually a New Year's fic *last* year. Sorcery and Cecilia foursome porn, kind of insanely hot. Two sequels this year, Nothing At All Unusual, which is shmoop, I guess, and then For Most Unusual Reasons, plotty drama.
And finally, Shadows of the Past is 27K words of Dungeons and Dragons The Cartoon fun.
