I walk the walk, but can I caulk the caulk? It should cure tomorrow and we'll find out. I bought the caulk ages ago for a leak under the shower-door rail on the tub rim, and finally got around to using it, and I think this is a pretty good indication of my level of maturity: did in fact carry out home repair, but was making juvenile "caulk" jokes in my head the entire time. As in "here I am on my knees, hands full of caulk, doesn't that sound like way more fun than I'm actually having here."

Also cleaned my room: found my floor! Was, oddly enough, on the floor, where I had left it. Vacuumed it to show I was glad it was back.

Had been hoping to work on fairy-tale fic tonight, but rest of evening's going to have to be budgeting and benefits (and compulsively retyping this post in hopes that it will actually grepping *post* this time). Ack, when am I going to find time to write that?

Heh. I am currently having *huge* fear about that stupid fairy tale story. Like, I haven't written any fiction in forever, and I've never written any slash, and it's half my challenge in the first place and I can only write to deadlines but I have no time. So, um, eek!
