I am mostly interested in fic that does something interesting with the dreaming aspect of the movie. Not that I am *opposed* to people having sex in nice suits, I'd just like to see more different takes on the metaphysics. Even the fic I've found so far that does play with the dream angle still defaults to "they're all real" in the end. But here's some of what I like so far:

Sandman crossovers: Arthur in the Dreaming, brilliant. And sequel here with more of the team. And here.

I had to read this more than once to track levels of reality, so I think that counts.

More Arthur/Eames with a dreaming twist. And similar.

Not metaphysical, merely extremely well-written.
