Heh, for me, this is a positive and uplifting story. ::grin:: Yes, it was a really difficult experience and I've never been in sustained pain like that, and there was the one massive disappointment when we realized it was not going as we had hoped, but a) I got this baby!! and b) I went into labor with this idea of exploring the outer limits of what I could deal with, and while it turns out they didn't stretch far enough to actually birth the baby, I don't regret having gone there and found that out. I mean, my experiment did yield the data in which I was interested, that's a successful outcome in my book.
