My new conditioner apparently contains biotin. Now I need to make sure Josh doesn't buy one containing streptavidin or we're going to wake up one morning with our hair stuck together.

Finally made it to Walden Pond. Maybe early enough that I'll make it a second time this summer? I'm keen to try swimming the (much longer) length rather than the width.

At Scottish we did a strathspey (Altshilla?) that they might have said was to the tune of the Swarthmore something. Or maybe Strathmore. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Was there a Swarthmore connection?
