Never believe anything until you have the paper in your hand. My prospective roommate, who I *thought* had made a firm decision to take the room, has decided not to. She "got another offer and decided it was a better deal for her". And I've been telling people the apartment was taken and missed out on the opportunity to show it to the hordes of new grad students in town for househunting weekend... and I'm out nine bucks worth of faxing forms to the Czech Republic, too. Dammit! Am very stressed now, ugh.
