This journal must resentfully regretfully retract the post of 1 April in which it was announced that "snow is gone". While intended sincerely at the time and not as an April Fools' hoax, events of last night have rendered it incorrect, and we sincerely shake our fist at the heavens apologize.

I read this, and was like "what?", because when I left home at 03:00 to do early-morning work at the office, there was *not* in fact any snow. There seems to be now! Wacky.
