Oh my god I just found out there's a final Earthsea story that was published in June and I'm shaking. The last days of Ged. I'm in the library queue for the book it's in but am also considering, you know, telling Amazon to send me one tomorrow, because I could do that, and then I would know - whether it's what I would want it to be, or is not, this definitive one last chance at a canon I thought had closed. Maybe I don't want to know yet. Maybe I want to sit for longer just with the idea of it before I actually get to the contents.

If the L'Engle estate ever releases the unfinished novel about Meg as an adult I may have to scream out a window or something. Good grief.
