Thursday Junie didn't have school. Friday nobody had school. Monday Josh was working from home. Tuesday Q didn't have school. But today, for the first time, all three of my people have gone to the places they go, and I am here to be doing whatever things I'll be doing without them.
(Honestly many of those things are very unglamorous - I bought new sneakers on Monday which are possibly already helping my plantar fascitis, I need to buy pants, I have a second-opinion arborist coming in at 11:30, I need to see if I can fix the weed whacker. But just the opportunity to run errands and handle appointments without having to wrangle a toddler feels pretty luxurious.)
