fic recs: White Lotus Lunar New Year Exchange

I never remember to read my reading page at Dreamwidth, so I have only just now become aware of the Lunar New Year Exchange in the White Lotus A:tLA community. I haven't even read everything yet, but I am really impressed so far by the quality and variety of the stories.

A few highlights so far:

Primary Sources. Sokka, post-series. Neat premise.

Ephemera from the Avatar Collection at Republic City University with notes and commentary by the archivists. I enjoy academic-writeup-style stories, with their little hints of "the real story".

A Cold Wind Down The Mountain. About Ursa. Always dangerous to say things like "the best Ursa story I've ever read", but I was thinking that.

a deep delight of the blood. Katara/Zuko, bloodbending kink. Wow, damn. Intense and so well done. Read ye the tags on this one.

A couple more A:tLA recs.

The Grace That It Takes. Sokka/Suki, the ways that it's easy and the ways that it's hard.

Slow Burn. June/Iroh. I just liked the little glimpse here of Iroh as a ladies' man. Also an interesting possible future for Toph.

A Tightly Woven Net. Zuko/Zhao, long. Okay, when I first saw this, I thought, "28 thousand words of WHAT?" But I'll try reading anything, and, wow, I was sold by the end. Fascinating AU that I wish could have just kept going. There aren't a lot of warnings on the story so let me say that this is *not* a romance, nobody gets redeemed, and the sex is dubiously consensual.
