Am afaik done with everything I need to do today, but boss has vanished and I don't want to just take off without checking that he wasn't counting on me to stay and do something, only, meh, if I had been able to leave when I was done I could have caught the 5:30 instead of the 6:15. We need a better "when can I leave" procedure. Given issues about hours/work I think I'm right erring on side of staying, but I have a lot of house stuff needing doing... would have been nice to have that 45 minutes (since I'd really guess I'm not going to end up doing anything else today other than telling the boss how long the gel's been running, which is also noted on a big sticky-note on it).

But, hey, am at work, getting stuff done, good relaxed joking-around atmosphere today. So things pretty good overall.

Yeah, I owed.

Presumably I'll now owe more. Luckily was only twenty-odd, so they can't possibly penalize me more than, like, that again. Foo though.
